While human beings have always shared the same capacity for
love, joy, pain, and growth,
What sets our current era apart is the rapid advancement of modern life. These advances, though designed to improve our lives, can sometimes limit our ability to live with intention and authenticity.
In today’s world, we often choose the easier path over the more challenging one. We prioritize being “smart” over being “wise,” and feel overwhelmed by the relentless demands and expectations to “do it all.” Time has become our most precious currency, and being busy has become the norm. Instant gratification is now an expectation, and we compare our lives to the curated perfection we see on social media.
It’s no surprise that these pressures can take a toll on our most important relationships—with our loved ones and especially ourselves.

I'm glad you're here, taking the first step toward creating meaningful change in your life and relationships.

Dr. Claudia Ma, PhD
As a licensed psychologist, my ultimate goal is to empower you to grow and create lasting changes in your life. I’ve been in private practice since 2011, working with individuals and families to navigate challenges, deepen relationships, and discover paths toward meaningful change.
Before establishing my practice, I served as a lecturer at Columbia University’s Teachers College in New York City. Teaching and mentoring graduate students in psychology was a rewarding chapter of my career. These experiences shaped my commitment to evidence-based care that is also compassionate and culturally responsive.
I’m proud to be one of the few psychologists in the country to hold a PSYPACT license, which allows me to provide therapy across 42 states—and counting. This credential reflects my dedication to making high-quality care accessible, no matter where my clients live. While my work is exclusively through telehealth, I prioritize building strong, authentic connections in every session.
